If you want to use the 360 degree LAC yourself:

• You will be guided and supported through the process of enlisting and communicating to the people you want feedback from.

• When you pay the online fee of £200, your report is compiled and the results are sent to you.

• Alternatively you can commission us to administer the whole process which costs £230 (includes the report fee).

• You can also commision an LAC coach to provide telephone interpretation, coaching and development planning which is £120 per hour. (1 hour is generally enough, but you can book more sessions if you wish).

 

If you want to use DISCOVERY (the "self-exploration" version of LAC) yourself:

• When you pay the online fee of £30, your report is compiled and the results are sent to you.

• The report will show you where you are directing your current energy and focus and will help you re-consider your leadership choices.

If you are an HR professional and want to use the LAC in your organisation you can:

 

• Register yourself or some of your staff to use the 360º questionnaires and the supporting tools.  This process is via a teleconference and is free.

• Commission self and team assessments either directly via the online process or using our administration service.

• Commission an LAC coach to run a “development intervention” with the individuals or the teams.
