Climate
This describes the activities that you carry which affect the culture or “what it feels like to work in the organization”. It’s foundation is your understanding of the way that you engage with the world around you and the effect that you have on it. It is about your ability to manage your own reactions, responses and behaviours in an emotionally intelligent way. It is then, also your ability to encourage the rest of the organisation to do the same. It is both the emphasis that you put upon it, and the quality of the action that you use to deliver it.
